What are your team key projects?

Industry sector equipment testing projects, most focus on Aviation

You will work on

  • Assembly of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical system for internal lab and test preparation/execution needs
  • Realization of tests with minimal supervision
  • General administrative support of WIA EDC Test Lab team including EHS, Quality and Inventory
  • Drafting and updates of the calendar and schedule of Test Lab activities
  • Support in parts deliveries and shipments to/from Test Lab
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Cooperation with others company’s departments for internal Test Lab needs
  • Cooperation with external suppliers in the process of purchasing
  • Test Lab Manager support in daily tasks and ad hoc reporting
  • Test Lab costs analysis
  • Reports preparation
  • Support in coordination of the calendar and schedule of Test Lab activities
  • Support in finance closing activities
  • Respond to short notice business data requests
  • Support in organizing of internal and external meetings

What we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5-year experience in industry
  • Experience in working on a shop floor with various types of wrenches and electromechanical tooling
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • High responsiveness and ability to work in a complex organization
  • MS Office package proficiency including Excel
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge within administrative and finance area
  • Analytical skills and excellent attention to details
  • Well organized and the ability to work under pressure
  • Dynamic and self-driven personality
  • Strong work ethic and flexible approach
