Key information

As the Staff Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be responsible to lead digital product development strategy and road map for a product supporting production processes automation in our Lean Laboratories. Your day to day activities will cover among others: preparation of software specifications, requirements and user stories, acting as Technical Product Owner (PO) for software developer team. Furthermore, you will architect automation and integration of digital processes (i.e. CNC to DB). You are expected to interface with other TPMs and POs in broader organization to exchange experience and be able to leverage the talent capabilities accordingly.

You will work on

  • Building the domain knowledge and operating in lock-step with the business and the customer to
  • Creating a clear strategic execution plan, and convey that vision to the agile development team
  • Ownership the road map for MVPs and quarterly releases, with a focus on key Business objectives
  • Demonstrating excelling business acumen – understanding product architecture, connectivity, data compliance security, drive data integrations strive for continuous integration deployment
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring upstream and downstream connectivity to improve business productivity and business outcomes
  • Collaboration with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product
  • Support the establishment / refinement of product backlog, continuously order and prioritize in accordance with business objectives
  • Translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Engaging frequently with the development team; facilitating discussions, providing clarification, story acceptance and refinement; contributes to the overall product design and decisions
  • Providing leadership, technology guidance to the junior team members
  • Performing other duties as required
  • Reporting of completed tasks and overall progress

What we expect from you?

  • M.Sc. in IT/ software discipline
  • Significant experience in manufacturing automation
  • Significant experience in aviation or related industry and its operations
  • Innovative mind-set and the ability to connect analytics to business impact
  • Good software development process knowledge
  • Experience with database development related software
  • Experience with team leading
  • Very good knowledge of at least one of the technologies: SQL, Oracle, C/C++, C#, Java/JS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English- fluent speaking and writing
